How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right board depends on your height, weight, and riding style. Generally, the board should reach between your chest and chin when standing upright. Check our detailed Sizing Guide for specific weight recommendations for each model.
What is the typical shipping time for a new board?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within North America and Europe typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take up to 14 days depending on customs.
Do Borealis snowboards come pre-waxed?
Yes, all our boards come factory-waxed with a universal temperature wax and are sharpened to 90-degree edge angles, meaning they are ready to ride straight out of the box.
What is your return policy for gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or used on snow, it is no longer eligible for a return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your snowboards?
Every Borealis snowboard is backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like delamination or structural failures but does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or trees.
