At Borealis Snowboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your new board or accessories don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused equipment in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding and factory tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
